1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and 100jl.cam ("100jl", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 100jl online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, services, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and may not create or maintain an account with 100jl.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform, via email notification to your registered email address, or through prominent notification upon your next login. Your continued use of the Platform following any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Participation in real-money gaming activities on the 100jl Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements designed to ensure legal compliance and responsible gaming practices. To register an account and use our services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of account registration. The 100jl Platform strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including government-issued identification documents. Failure to provide requested verification or discovery of falsified age information will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and permanent account closure.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You affirm that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from forming a legally binding contract, including but not limited to mental incapacity, bankruptcy proceedings, or court-ordered restrictions.

2.3 Jurisdictional Compliance

You represent and warrant that your participation in online gaming activities through the 100jl Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in your location. We make no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

2.4 Single Account Requirement

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the 100jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person, whether under different names, addresses, or email addresses, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings and bonuses.

2.5 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are expressly prohibited from creating accounts or using the 100jl Platform:

• Employees, directors, officers, consultants, or contractors of 100jl or its affiliated entities, as well as immediate family members and household members of such individuals
• Gaming platform providers, software suppliers, and their employees who have direct access to game outcomes or platform operations
• Persons previously self-excluded from 100jl or other gaming platforms for responsible gaming reasons
• Individuals whose accounts have been previously suspended or terminated by 100jl for violation of these Terms
• Persons acting on behalf of others or using borrowed, stolen, or fraudulent identification

3. Account Registration and Security

Account registration on the 100jl Platform requires submission of accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure accuracy at all times.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, telephone number, and identification documents as required for verification purposes. All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and verifiable. Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to immediately notify 100jl of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You acknowledge that you will be liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, until you notify us of a security breach.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

The 100jl Platform operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements. We reserve the right to request additional identification documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address documents, payment method verification, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3.4 Account Verification Timeline

We aim to complete account verification within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving all requested documentation. However, verification may take longer in certain circumstances requiring additional review. During the verification process, your account may be subject to certain limitations, including withdrawal restrictions and maximum deposit limits.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

The 100jl Platform supports various deposit methods designed for convenience and security of Filipino players. All financial transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept deposits through GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, and credit/debit card payments (Visa and Mastercard). The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account status, verification level, and other factors at our sole discretion.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the payment method selected. Specific limits are displayed during the deposit process. We reserve the right to impose deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes or as required by regulatory considerations. You may request to set personal deposit limits through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance immediately upon successful transaction completion. However, certain payment methods may require additional processing time, particularly bank transfers which may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to reflect in your account. 100jl does not charge fees for deposits, but your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own fees.

4.4 Payment Source Verification

All deposits must originate from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request verification of payment source ownership at any time. Deposits from unverified sources may be returned to the originating account, and your account may be suspended pending verification.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Policies

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. 100jl is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests promptly and securely.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Where this is not possible due to technical limitations, alternative withdrawal methods may be arranged. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes during business hours, while bank transfers may require up to forty-eight (48) hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified in accordance with our KYC procedures. You must have met all bonus wagering requirements applicable to deposited funds and promotional balances. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/weekly/monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account cashier section.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

While we strive to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, processing times vary based on payment method, verification status, and withdrawal amount. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically completed within two (2) hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours. Large withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

100jl does not charge withdrawal fees for most standard withdrawal requests. However, we reserve the right to impose fees for excessive withdrawal requests, particularly for small amounts processed within short timeframes. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to withdrawal confirmation.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Special Offers

The 100jl Platform regularly offers various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to enhance the gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be satisfied before bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable.

6.1 Bonus Terms

Each bonus offered by 100jl is governed by specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and withdrawal conditions. These terms are disclosed at the time of bonus offering and must be reviewed carefully before accepting any bonus. Bonus terms take precedence over general Terms and Conditions in case of conflict regarding bonus-specific provisions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require fulfillment of wagering requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds or deposit plus bonus must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable balance. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements, with contribution percentages clearly stated in bonus terms. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute at lower percentages or be excluded entirely.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Manipulation

100jl maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. We reserve the right to limit bonus eligibility based on account history, gameplay patterns, payment method, geographic location, or other factors at our sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonuses or violated platform terms may be excluded from future promotional offers.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

All gaming activities on the 100jl Platform must be conducted in accordance with the specific rules of each game, which are available within game interfaces and help sections. Players are responsible for understanding game rules before wagering real money.

7.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on the 100jl Platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer processes that ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are determined by RNG algorithms that have been independently tested and certified by recognized gaming authorities. We do not manipulate game outcomes and maintain complete transparency regarding game Return to Player (RTP) percentages.

7.2 Technical Issues

In the event of game malfunction, disconnect, or other technical error, all affected wagers and gameplay will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will make reasonable efforts to restore interrupted game sessions and ensure fair resolution. If a game malfunctions after a wager is placed but before completion, the wager may be voided and stake returned at our discretion.

7.3 Player Conduct

Players must conduct themselves respectfully toward other players, dealers, and customer support staff. Abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account suspension. This includes communication in chat features, emails, and all other platform interactions.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 100jl Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to mask true location or circumvent geographic restrictions
• Employment of automated playing systems, bots, artificial intelligence, or any software designed to manipulate gameplay
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code of platform software
• Systematic exploitation of errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in games or platform operations
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or administrative systems
• Transferring or selling accounts to third parties

Violation of prohibited activity provisions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100jl and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made to your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100 USD equivalent in PHP), whichever is less.

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Platform. Technical issues, maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary service disruptions. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such disruptions.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

Either party may terminate the relationship established by these Terms at any time, subject to the following provisions.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request, we will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate account balances and close your account permanently. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at our sole discretion.

10.2 Termination by 100jl

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, pose a security risk, or for any reason at our sole discretion where continued service provision is deemed inappropriate.

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, all rights to use the Platform cease immediately. Legitimate account balances will be returned to you following deduction of any amounts owed to 100jl, including unreversed bonuses, chargebacks, or other legitimate claims. Balances obtained through fraudulent means or violation of Terms will be forfeited.

10.4 Survival of Terms

Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect following account closure.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 100jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game interfaces, is the property of 100jl or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 100jl Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be achieved through negotiation, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines.

13. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 100jl regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for resolution of any legal disputes.
